What is Belly Binding?
 
Belly binding is a traditional method of wrapping the abdomen & hips to promote quick healing and long-term wellness following birth. 
Why Belly Bind?
 
Binding helps the uterus shrink to its original size, guide the abdominal muscles back toward the midline, & provide low back & hip relief.
What's the Cost?
 
Belly Binding is $125, which includes your custom wrap, in-person binding with Amanda in your home, & instructions to bind yourself!
